Maco’s Tacos food truck is a member of the Curbside Cuisine Downtown located at 225 N Nevada
Ave., at the corner of Nevada Avenue and Platte Avenue in Colorado Springs.
They specialize in authentic Mexican Sopes but also offer tacos, flautas, and
burritos. The Colorado Springs Food Guy went there for some lunch recently and
found a slice of food heaven. The Sopes were so appetizing and filling. The avocado
on top was just the finishing touch to this delicious treat. The beef was well
seasoned and the corn tortillas were fried to perfection. All the ingredients
were fresh and made to order. I can’t forget the awesome friendly staff at Maco’s
Tacos. They were very welcoming. So the next time you want a quick lunch with a
lot of flavor, stop at Maco’s Tacos.
